Great Mattress, Great Customer Service

After owning a Tempurpedic mattress for 15 years, we know what to expect from a memory foam mattress. So when it came time to buy a new one, we went to the store to see the new Tempurpedic line-up of mattresses. The prices seemed so high that we decided to turn to the internet to see what else was available at a better price and value. We considered 3 other memory foam mattresses before deciding that the Novosbed mattress might be the best fit for us. So we called customer service to learn more about the different firmness options and, based upon the mattress we were currently sleeping on, they recommended the Medium firm mattress. We loved the idea of a 120 day trial period and then option to adjust the firmness after 30 days. We placed the order and received the mattress very quickly. Easy to set up and no off-gassing, we had a good nights sleep from the very first night. After 30 days, we took advantage of ordering the free Comfort Kit and love our mattress even more than before. Novosbed Customer Service offered great guidance and they are a very easy company to do business with. We made the perfect choice and nor longer have backaches when we wake up in the morning.
