Requested a mattress that was like sleeping on the floor with a shag carpet. Received a custom made mattress the feels like sleeping on memory foam the mattress contour to the shape of your body so you feel like you are sleeping in a divot. Not firm at all wake up at night with aching back have to sleep in chair. When I asked about it I was told that it is the firmest mattress they can make at this time in 2021 they switched supply companies. In 2019 I purchased a mattress and they were able to make it perfect but the mattress was to small to fit my husband me so we bought a larger one but he can’t sleep in the new one either because he has sever back pain
