Overwhelming chemical smell never went away

My husband slept on this bed April 2016 until he died in Feb. 2017. I aired the mattress outside as well as followed all the manufacturers instructions. Finally after the smell never got better I washed the cover 2 x's. That didn't help either. Even my husbands pajamas would smell like the chemicals after he slept on it. After owning the mattress a very few months I called the dealer and told him. He said houses and beds smell bad much of the time. I don't even have a dog! My house is clean. I asked if he had other complaints and he said no. After my husband died, I can't sleep on it nor can anyone else. I called the dealer again and asked if he had any other mattresses I could buy for the platform XL besides the foam with gel. He said he would contact the manufacturer and see what you said. He inspected the mattress saw no stains and took it back to the warehouse to meet with the Manufacturer. He told me it was going to be replaced. Today he calls and said it had stains inside the mattress cover and that nulled the warranty. This took weeks after going to him months ago when it was only a few weeks old. I will NEVER purchase a mattress from Noctova again nor from Hometown Mattresses of Columbia Illinois.
