Over-hyped Marketing

When asking about returning the product, customer service wants me to send it to a donation center. I do not have a center here that will take beds. Unfortunately, I was not able to return and get my refund. For the price paid, I thought I will get something better than my previous mattress. This mattress created a depression where i sleep in and made it difficult to move or turn in bed. Now that I cant return my product, I just gave $1200 away to Nest. please do not over hyped your marketing claim when it is not true. Ian

Nest Bedding's policies are simple and easy to navigate: If you have a defect, please reach out to our company via email and we will gladly assess your issue. All return requests made within the 100 days return period are honored. If there is not a donation center in your area, we have someone freecycle, donate to a local family or we simply pickup. We have never in our companies history told a customer they cannot return. Ever.

Don't need to do damage control but thanks for your comment. This is a fake review. We have no issues honoring our policies, but you seem to have an axe to grind, is your brand not doing well?

Don't waste your time and money on this product. The worse customer service ever. The seller "Joe" doesn't even want to own up to the problem and call it fake review.
