That value is subjective to be sure, however disputing my assessment of value is inane. Third if you want to come get the mattress and refund me the purchase price I will be happy to accept that offer. You can say lifetime guarantee but there is the matter of all the legal fine print. So if you really so passionate about this mattress and how fabulous your guarantee is then please send someone with a truck and a check and I will gladly spend the money on a better product from a reputable organization. Time to put up or shut up and we all know you will likely do neither. I provided honest rating and feedback and you want to pick a fight? Serious send someone to get this mattress and refund me purchase price and at least we can all respect you passion. Otherwise itismore hollow talk from anothe corporate lackey.

Just making the point read the terms o warranty especially the exclusions and “intended uses” which will be used to exclude any claim they want to exclude. The is okay but you can do better for the money. Read the coverage and it is smoke and mirror. Read intended uses carefully. It is not as represented. The official response is patently misleading and intentionally so. For the record no one from the company contacted me about a refund and sending someone to get the mattress. I probably should have gotten a Purple or a Casper or something with something resembling edge support. Caveat Emptor for the record My resting pulse is 52 😀.

I just had an issue with my mattress and they are replacing it immediately. It is apparent to me that the owner is incredibly attached to his reputation, and creating a great brand name, contrary to your accusations. Did you want them to contact you based on what you wrote above? Did you actually go in the store and have a constructive conversation with anyone? You seem pretty unhinged, I don't think I would have contacted you either.

Again simple factual comments. The bed is okay not great, I feel it is overpriced, the warrantee is very limited and not as represented by company, if they are so outraged by a 3star rainy and my factual comments again put your money where you mouth is and come get the bed. There is no hostility or anger. If you chose to read that into my comments that is your issue not mine. I never took a personal shot at anyone other than corporate lackey because when you revert to the standard company line and not other action like a meaningful adult conversation then that is an accurate statement. Buy the bed do not buy the bed love it hate it or be neutral as I am about the bed, I personally do not care. I was asked to provide my thoughts based on my experience and I did so fairly and rationally. I will not be a repeat customer.
