Bought a new traditional mattress, Nest is gone

Ended up with wells (indents where body lies) on either side which was why we bought a new mattress in the first place, so we purchased a new wrapped coil spring traditional mattress from another manufacturer. This was our second Nest, the first was returned under warranty. The second one was better but degraded to an uncomfortable state is less than a year. Too bad, sales and support was good, mattress was good (2nd one) initially but that feeling did not last. Nest was the poorest economic performance of my mattress buying life so far.

Nest Bedding has a lifetime warranty, so if it had done what you reported, we simply would have replaced it, for free, for the entire lifetime. We use the highest quality foams in the market, only USA made materials.
