Great at first

I loved it for the first few weeks, but then I had problems with the wool topping getting a bit mushy after a month or so. If it had stayed the way it was when brand new, I would have kept it, but I ended up returning it. The folks at Nest Bedding are sensational and helpful, and really interested in making sure you have the right mattress. They gave me no problems at all about returning, and I got a full refund. I am like the princess and the pea, so I entered into this knowing I might not end up keeping it, and they knew that too and still encouraged me to come in and lie down on their demo models at length. I felt like they were my good friends by end of this process. Most people will find a mattress they are comfortable with at this store, and it's with it for their professionalism.
