Exhausted

I will start by saying that this mattress is very well made and I believe that it is of a very high quality. Sadly though, it has been a terrible fit for us at a very high price. I made 3 attempts to reach the sales person at Nest Bedding during the return period, and no one ever returned my messages, so we were stuck. The bed is beyond too firm for us on both sides and has no give. We added a 3 inch memory foam topper to it after sleeping on it for a month, and it is still uncomfortable and it's hot to boot. I thought it would eventually soften up a bit, but it has not. We have had the bed for 2.5 years now and my husband is waking every morning with debilitating back pain... he HATES the mattress. He doesn't sleep deeply because of the pain, and then is very unproductive all day because of it. What a total loss
