I bought the mattress because it was described as being firm and comfortable. It is neither. I have tried to stay open minded but my body will not let me forget I made a poor choice

So Joe, Just got off the phone with one of your reps, told her the issues I have had and that I wasn’t happy with the mattress. Since I purchased the bed in March of 2017, she proceeded to advise me that the lifetime comfort guarantee doesn’t apply in my case because it only started in September of 2017, so she actually couldn’t help me because m 100 nights were up. Wow, that isn’t very satisfying response regarding a 100 dollar mattress

Actually, you spoke with Lindsay and she asked you to send over photos so we can see what the issue is, and that you are covered, and that you told her "that sounded like too much work and not to worry about it."
