Like another reviewer here, my mattress began to sag and feel uneven in various spots within the first three months of owning the bed. I tried to swap the bed out within the 100 day comfort guarantee period but was given a lot of run around, including being told I may have gotten a defective bed (I don't think they're telling the truth or they're not informing customers they may own a defective mattress). Finally, I was offered a replacement once someone came into my home and inspected the bed. I argued this shouldn't be treated as a warranty claim since I was within the return period regardless, but that was the only option they'd provide. I opted to return the mattress outright and go with another company. The whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I'd do business with this company again. While very pleasant in store, I never felt like they were being honest and was concerned when they informed me of defective mattresses but had no way of tracking stock or who may have received bad product. Just reeked of an immature company without the proper QA procedures in place. They also wanted me to donate the mattress, but had no idea none of the local charities accepted mattresses. Being a local customer to the company, they should know this.

Not true, sorry to have to dispute your account of the circumstances, but we NEVER tell someone they can't return a bed for ANY reason inside the return period. That would be illegal and unethical. Our policy is 100 nights free trial, if the bed is too firm or too soft, we will ask if we can exchange it for you. If no, we ask you to donate the bed, we have donated lots of beds and families who cannot afford a nice new bed are blessed by this action. If there is no donation center near you, we pick up the bed.
"I opted to return the mattress outright and go with another company." Come on, this was beyond the purview of a sleep trial and I clearly outlined the process I went through with your company. Waiting nearly 8 months to even respond to this review may lend credence to my previous points.
