Finally A Good Night's Rest

Wife and I had been sleeping on a $400 foam mattress from an online retailer that I had bought back in my single days. It worked as intended for 3-4 years but began to sink too much and we found ourselves hot and tossing and turning. The owner of Nest, Joe Alexander, ended up calling me after I wrote an e-mail and after checking the tag to confirm the incorrect spring, he shipped me a new mattress without missing a beat. We donated the first unit to a women's shelter and the rest has been great-sleeping history!
