I ran into an issue with the first mattress that I purchased. It had a two inch "V" shape tear on the underside. When I contacted Nest Bedding they requested a photo and sent me out a replacement at no charge. Amazing customer support. As far as the mattress is concerned, I personally think it's a bit too soft for my 175lb body 5'8" and being a belly sleeper. The first week my lower back was a little sore but it stopped after that initial week. Perhaps I would've run into the same situation with any new mattress. It incredibly comfortable to climb into and I no longer wake up with back pain as I did in the beginning. Not terrific for doggie style position. Knees sink in too much.
