Company Doesn't Stand Behind Its Products

After we had this mattress 4 months (we were out of the country during the third month). The edge of the mattress began collapsing and I rolled on to the floor. I asked for a warranty replacement, but was denied because the amount of deflection was "only 4 inches" and Nest "measures deflection by placing a broomstick on the mattress and requires it to deflect the mattress 3 or more inches" Really? After Nest refused my request (which was supported by photos) I rolled off the edge twice more. The final time I wound up in the hospital! My isn't the only tale of Nest refusing legitimate warranty claims. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM A COMPANY THAT WON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!
