Comparison to Westin's Heavenly Bed

I was looking for a mattress, as much as could be identified, that has the overall feel and characteristic qualities of the Westin, but without the recurrent heat & temperature problems, and the pillow top indentations, that I've experienced with the Westin. My telephone contact person granted that he didn't himself have personal experience with the Westin (for the specific comparative purposes of my question), but he was willing to take the time, 2 or 3 days, to try to identify anyone within the company who'd had personal experience with both. He then put me in contact with her to ask my 21 questions. This gave me a lot of confidence in my desicion making, because, really, who knows how to accurately foresee what a particular mattress will feel like solely by the subjective descriptions given in the text descriptions.
