Do not buy a Nectar Brand mattresses

This has been the worst experience ever. I am apparently allergic to something in the mattress so it needs to leave my home. I have used their online chat system, email and phone contact information for the return/refund. What is NOT noted on the website is that they have to find a charity in your area to pick up the mattress for a return. What--I have never heard of such a thing? Guess what, no charity wants a mattress even if it has only been slept on for a month. I live in Columbus, Ohio--trust me, there are a million charities in my area. When I read the return/refund process online before buying the mattress, which indicated "returns at no cost to you", I believed it. I follow up every day to 2 days only to hear the same thing. "I have escalated to my lead, my supervisor, my manager and I have contacted the ops team and return team for you". There is a plethora of people that the representative can send your concern to but no accountability and apparently they train everyone to say "very soon". I continue to wait for anyone to contact me via--email or phone--to even acknowledge this is being worked on but now I incredibly distressed by this whole situation. Nectar employees (employee owned company, no CEO), if you cannot arrange a pick up or it that pick up/return process will take you too long, have some decency to refund my money and arrange a pick up when you can.
