Worthless Customer Service

Had an issue with the cover on the mattress. After two attempts to straighten the cover both of which did not rectify the problem they wanted to send me another cover and have me replace it to see if it took care of the issue. I explained to them that I am disabled and it is virtually impossible for me to replace the cover, it was hard enough trying to straighten it. I told them I felt the problem was the mattress to which their representative agreed. But rather than send out a new mattress they still wanted to send me a cover and replace it. I told them I wanted to return the mattress for a refund. So they sent me an email with instructions to return the mattress rather than replacing it to see if it took care of the issue. They choose to lose the sale and return my money rather than replacing a defective product. Not very smart business on their part. And their treatment of the disabled is completely unacceptable. Do not do business with this company.
