Never order, they will never deliver

Ordered mattress back in the middle of January 2017. Accepted that is would not be delivered until February 2, 2018 due to the large number of orders. The 888 number goes unanswered. Only way to get in touch is via the online help. After 4 missed ship dates, requested a refund. They said okay but it would take 2 days to process. Let 4 days pass and no refund. Again, online chat, it cannot be processed until the bed actually is ready to ship. Based on the fact that we are nearly a month and a half without shipment, I will never get a refund. This refund process is either a lie or just simple stupidity. Nectar as a company cannot deliver.

Hi Kim -- Thanks for sharing your experience here. Can you please clarify whether you really meant that you ordered it in Jan 2017 (more than a year before you expected delivery)?! I am assuming that you meant that you ordered it in the middle of January of 2018, expecting delivery to occur a couple weeks later in early Feb -- is that right?

I made a typo and the date should be January 2018.
