Ordered a mattress on 15 June and online was told up to 5 days. Well its 23 June and still no mattress. Called customer service to check on status and they stated they were unable to check but it SHOULD be there sometime in early July. Wow, talk about terrible service.

It's unfair to review the service but not the bed, or at least do a combination of both. One star because you're disgruntled isn't very helpful.
Can someone with a one star review actually make it about the flippin mattress? Geez people
