The wool covering is excellent, it just works.

After almost ten years it seemed that something was just not right. After calling and talking to the warranty person, he emailed testing instructions and i then found a leak in the air tubes on the other side of the bed. When called warranty back they stayed true to there warranty and sent everything needed and bed is back to original feel.Couple other points are the foam on this bed has held up excellent no real signs of age other than a little darkening of foam color,even around the area where one gets in and out of bed appears the same.And the wool covering is what i like the most,I never get hot like other mattresses.
