There was a website that advertized the mattress that were used in Hilton Garden inn and were double sided. This mattress is singled sided should have sent it back immediately false advertising. called a couple of times but hold and rudeness was all I ever got finally they sent me a whole new plastic springs for both sides but those leaked also. My wife says it is a piece of doggy doodle and has been trying to get me to get rid of for a couple of years finally pulled the plug yesterday. These people seem to be much different. but your company is known for being rude. i

I agree 100% The air chambers are as cheap as it can be. THey heat welding of the connections is very weak as the plastic wall of the chambers is like the cheap ones in children pool floats. This is nowhere near worth the price they charge. Besides the design is based on 9 horizontal chambers thatexpand back into shape when pressure is removed. The higher pressure in one chamber helps toexpand the other chambers and that way supposedly keep an even [pressure over the body parts touching the mattress. The issue is that the cheap material used in these chambers crack over time and a single leak is enough to crash the whole operation priciple. causing all chambers to drop differently depending on the body shape and weight over each one. The end result is that when you wake up you will be sore with vertebras out of natural position pinching nerves causing inflamation and pain to even get up and walk. The worst mattress I ever had, as soon as a leak developed. There is no way you will know anything is wrong as the air leak is small enough initially to take hours to cause the whole system to be empty of air pressure. It is sold as being a passive system with no motors, but it loses all its functions once leaks start to develop a few years later. For a passive and reliable system there is nothing better than a hybrid mattress made with natural latex and organic cotton. You can get that for about 2K on sale at name department stores. That is what a mattress is supposed to be. Raw materials used justify the price. The only real natural thing on the natural; form mattgress is the lamb wool on the top.
