I purchased a Natural Form Mattress several years ago. Although they have a sleep guarantee, they are quite difficult to deal with if you have an issue later on. I have written the following review of their product and hope no one else will have a similar experience. REVIEW: Natural Form Self-Adjust Technology (SAT) King Mattress by WCW Inc. DO YOU LIKE TO GAMBLE? I am sure this could be a very good mattress, but we seem to have a ‘lemon’ and unfortunately, WCW seems completely unaware that sometimes a product is simply more than the sum of its parts. They have taken the time to replace many of the interchangeable parts of the mattress, but refuses to replace the mattress as a whole! Anyone behind the initial contact seems insistent on hiding behind the customer service reps so it is impossible to discuss the issue with a higher power. How do I know there is a problem? – the left and the right operate separately and one side is perfect. The other is clearly defective and even after replacing parts, it hasn’t changed a thing! It is unfortunate that this company does not stand behind its product as a whole, but simply tries to pass off procrastination as customer service.

We have had EXACTLY the same problem!! Even when our dials are set to the same number, my husband sleeps on a bubble, and I sleep in a hole. Our bed is definitely defective, and customer service has replaced some of the parts for us as well, and is now telling us that "there is morning wrong with our bed". SO frustrating when you spend over $2600 on a mattress. I do not recommend this bed to anyone, and would return mine if they would let me.

I purchased my Sat mattress in July 2008. with a 90 trial return. As soon a I had the mattress I noticed a problem and called only to be told all mattresses have and by law are allowed some sagging. After 2 weeks I wanted to return the mattress but was told if there was an issue I had to send the mattress to their factory, pay $100.00 and if there is a problem with the mattress. it would be repaired,and returned to me with the $100.00. I just wanted to return the mattresses I did not like it. Now I was told I had to keep it for 45 days. I looked in the warranty and they had 30 day, 4-6weeks, I called for my return October when I had another compliant and pictures, They did not want the pictures I had to send the mattress to the factory. I then asked for a return Finally my 90 days were up and I called for pickup. But it was now 91 days. For 2 years I slept on a mattress that killed my back and decided to call the BBB. All of a sudden I am sent a new cylinder chamber for my mattress and this one began breaking down within 18 months. Calls did nothing so 2 years later after a call to the service department and receiving a very nasty email I contacted the BBB. All Sat customer service had to say was 2 things 1. I never sent the pictures (remember they did not want them 2. I never requested a return. (they had my complaint call in October within the 45 day why would I keep a broken mattress, The BBB could not help. I contacted NYS Attorney General and the are forwarding all data to the Attorney General in Vermont and I will be doing the same. I do not know if Mr. Wilkinson who invented this mattress is still active with the company, but when I was considering this mattress he actually called and spoke with me promising if I was not happy he would personally see to it I had the mattress picked up immediately. I just had to ask for John, everyone knew him and the job would be done. He never took my calls. ZERO STARS

I had the same issue in 2009. I did not have the SAT bed as I felt it was too firm and wanted more control over settings. The mattress never held pressure. One morning I woke up in a bowl. I took pictures and sent to company. Got a new pump- same type of issues. Got new tubes- same thing. Tested tubes outside of mattress and still had issues. They wouldn't believe me. Wrote Long letter to CEO after I returned product. I liked the concept of multi-chambered tubes but... I've had Select comfort for years before but wanted a different type as I moved up to a King bed and did not want the Middle sag factor that Elect Comfort has.
