i know nothing of their products, as they never arrived, but can promise you that if their pillows are anything like their customer service, good luck sleeping at night. it has been 4months and 4 days since i placed my order with this company and i have still have not received my items. ive also sent 4 emails and received no reply, and made 6 phone calls all ending with a promise to sort out the issue and to contact me back. never once has this happened. the second im off the phone, im forgotten about. stay away from this company unless you want a hassle.

Hi, Firstly, you purchased a product from Groupon ? and the retailer was Mattress Wholesale? who handeled the Transaction, NASAFOAM is the manufacturer not the retailer or the Groupon from which you purchased your product. you say QUOTE: " i know nothing of there products," then i must ask you why would you rate so poorly on products you know nothing about? hmmm makes me wonder why is all your pent up anger geared towards the manufacturer rather than the company you actually purchased from Groupon ? or the retailer who handeled the transactions?
