This is the first mattress I've bought in 30 years and did some research. This created even more confusion for me, but Sunny, the Dublin, CA. store manager, managed to reassure me and pull it all together for me. Her knowledge, sincere interest, and patience over came my ,sometimes, demanding personality. After a lot of effort on her part , I got the mattress I need.
