Very poor warranty and customer service,read the fine print

I complained about the depression on the mattress. The company referred me to the Bay where I bought it from. Customer service never sent anyone to measure the depression and Marshall Mattress basically absolved themselves of any warranty claim. I expected more from the Bay and Marshall but I am not surprised. At this rate they won't be in business much longer.
