This mattress was initially very comfortable, but over just 3 years it has deteriorated and feels like we are sinking into the head of the bed. The material hasn’t held up and my husband has back issues which are made worse by this. Also, it’s simply difficult to get OUT of!

Melissa, our experience is so similar to yours! Our Magniflex mattress was very pricey though seemed worth it as it was initially seemingly comfortable when we tried it on the showroom floor; but actually within 3 to 6 months the mattress began to cave in under my body! At this point it is like sleeping in a shallow ditch...zero back support! If I weren't so upset I would think it comical. Basically, the Magniflex is a lemon of a mattress and is terrible for our backs. I simply don't know what to do about it.
We got an adjustable base for our new mattress—the total cost was 1/2 the amount of the magniflex. We went to mattress firm and are really loving our new bed!

Please let us know which model, in particular, did you have? If the mattress has the Dual Core, that means the cores can be flipped to a firmer side and that should help.
