The mattress was alright for a couple of months then it started to deteriorate fast. Our shapes were carved into the mattress and it lost form. I contacted luxi for a refund and they put me in contact with the CEO of the company and he tried to convinced me not to return it (no questions asked return policy?). After a lot of talking and emails, they said they were going to take the return and give me the refund. It took about 2 months for the process to be over, find a charity and donate the mattress. After that, no more emails from luxi. Calls unanswered, completely ignored. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!! ITS BEEN SINCE MAY 28 (3 MONTHS) NO REFUND!!!!! I returned the mattress and gave it to the local charity they selected and gave them the papers !! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

We have had exactly the same issue with returns. Purchased in May, and attempted return in July, it was nearly impossible to get hold of them to arrange return and finally got return authorization from them on Sept 13th. Since then I have tried to contact them about our refund almost daily and 2 months later we still have NO REFUND. No one answers phones or emails. We are at a loss with what to do and very upset.
