Land and Sky lost sight of customer service

I was in the waterbed industry years ago and have met the owner, Ron Larson,I have stayed near the bedding industry but have never gone away from flotation sleep. I have continued to recommend softside waterbeds and only Land and Sky. That now will change. Recent problem was basically ignored and call backs were nonexistent.
