I have been suffering from severe sacroiliac joint and back pain for many years. I have seen numerous doctors, taken various medications, and visited many chiropractors. However, it wasn’t until a month ago that I finally realized the real issue was my mattress. So, we decided to add a topper to improve the support. It might just be the firmest mattress available in the U.S. Most Americans probably prefer softer mattresses, but if someone in the U.S. is also struggling with back pain, they may not even realize that their mattress could be the root cause. My advice: try switching to this mattress. It must be firm—only with proper support can your back muscles truly relax while you sleep, allowing your pain to gradually fade away.
