This is my second king koil. The 1st one I had 15 years was amazing. I upgraded to the most expensive this time and it’s been horrible. I’ve tried to get the manufacturer to replace it and they have been no help. I will never buy from them again. So sad that they have so little care for their customers or pride in their product.
