Horrible customer service

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My mattress started showing manufacture defects around 9 months. I ended up working with an executive trying to get my bed covered by the warranty, he was laid off and i have heard nothing for the last 5 months. My wife and i cannot even sleep in it at this point. Worst service ever.
