We purchased the Opulence 6' matress and base on 21st Nov...

We purchased the Opulence 6' matress and base on 21st November 2017 and after 6 months of sleeping the matress took our body shape leaving a raised up area in the middle finding difficulty turning to the middle of the bed. We made a complaint to our supplier resulting in a man from maker checking the mattress with instruments. He found the mattress faulty and recomended replacement. A new Mattress was supplied and we now find the new Mattress is behaveing the same very annoying after spending so much money for a comfortable sleep. Our supplier has since gone out of business so where do we go from here.? Perhaps a more harder Mattress is the answer we had picked the middle one, Our supplier was, Hickey Furniture & Flooring Ltd.
