Poorly designed, spring box makes creaking noise

I bought king size mattress and spring boxes from the Jamestown Mattress Co, couple month later it started making creaking noise. Called the company they replaced the boxes it turned out to be the same story. I looked inside the boxes and the planks are thin, cheap material with cardboard on top. Latex mattress is too heavy for the boxes and I weigh only 210 lb. I have paid almost $2000 for it and they have cardboard inside. I called and called them and no response. I regret buying from Jamestown Mattress these guys have product that is poorly designed and they do not stand behind their product.
