Mattress topper, great - service, not so great

This is our second Isoform topper. Bought a 3" queen topper over 3 years ago. Comfortable adding more life to our mattress. This time took about 3 or 4 attempts just to order online. Website insisted on setting up an account. Didn't recognize account from 2 years previous but said I couldn't use my email address because it's already been used...yeah! Think? Got it ordered. For 10 days the website indicated "still processing." I called customer service and a lady said it would ship the following day. Two days later, "still processing." Finally after total of 3 weeks I receive it. No instructions included. I just wanted to know if I was to unroll it and give it a day...2 days to breath/air out before covering and sleeping on. I emailed customers support and never received a reply. On the positive side. The 3" topper is very comfortable. If you choose to purchase be aware you may be subjected to a level of frustration that will raise blood pressure; kick the dog (please be gentle) and yell into space.
