Misrepresentation and after 6 months uncomfortable!

This is a nice looking mattress that was sold to me by Sleepy's as "Natural Latex" on getting it home I find that the legal labelling describes it as only 21% Latex and 77% polyurethane foam. We had some discussiions with Sleepy's and did some local research, finding that Sleepy's staff routinely described this mattress as 100% Natural Latex. Sleepy's finally offered us a replacement - but decided (becuse of the comfort) to accept their assurance that they would educate their staff and give us a $75 gift voucher. Six months later the bed is now really uncomfortable, it has become lumpy - the "pillowtop" seems to have become distorted. neither my wife nor I are particularly heavy. We were tested on Sleepy's measuring beds and this was their recommnedation. I am now going to see what Sleepy's say about this - watch this space.

Here's the follow -up. Sleepy's sent an "independent inspector" to view the mattress. His report to Sleepy's confirmed that there are ridges across the pillowtop. Sleepy's however, say this is not covered by the warranty. After only 6 months use this is not satisfactory. My next step is to take this to NYC consumer affairs.
