Do you "Trust Sleepy’s for the rest of your life?"

For a little background: My husband and I are young and healthy, in our early 30’s. I never had any back issues, until the experience with these mattresses! We purchased a Dr. B Signature Plush from a Staten Island store because if felt supportive and comfortable, however, after a week or so in our house; it turned out to be much softer than the showroom (as some reviewers also agree on Sleepy’s website.) At this point I was frustrated, paranoid and worried about choosing the wrong mattress. So we decided to focus on our issue of the bed being too soft and solve that by finding a firmer bed. After numerous try out visits and spending 45 minutes on the Dr. B Signature Elite Firm Euro top, we paid the hefty exchange fee + shipping and purchased it. We received delivery the week of March 28th. Fast forward 5 weeks to May 3rd, the bed has formed body impressions, is much softer in certain spots than others and is definitely not providing consistent support. IN addition, when my husband and I are in bed together, his weight pulls the bed down and I end up rolling towards his weighed down side. We are not heavy people, he‘s 6’0 at 165 lbs and I’m 5’ 4” at about 148 lbs. The above issues should be expected as a bed ages, probably over 8-10 years or more, but certainly not within months of purchase! Overall, I am terribly disappointed in the Dr. Breuss bed and Sleepy’s for selling it to me. I have now done research and found that every Dr. B. bed will not be exactly the way you tried it because the foam is not poured consistently for each and every bed, even if it is the same exact Dr. B. Firm bed.
