Worst Company, Worst Mattress!

This is the worst mattress I've ever had. We bought the top of the line, $1,700 King Size mattress, and after 1 year, it was broken down and dipping to the point that it was unable to be slept on. The local furniture store that we purchased it from replaced the mattress, but after another year, the second mattress was broken down to the same point. At this point we contacted this company directly to simply tell them the situation with their mattresses, and they were very rude. We weren't even asking for a replacement, as we are tired of hauling this heavy mattress in and out of the house for replacements and installs, and will be purchasing another mattress from a different company. We were just calling to tell them that the mattresses we purchased only lasted about 18 months each. They tried to imply that it must have been our fault, that we must have had set it up incorrectly, and that we would have to jump through a lot of red-tape to ever be considered for any type of help. The furniture store owner had set up the bed himself with all appropriate supports, and he was also the one who replaced the first mattress with another one. I would NEVER buy another mattress from this company, its "warranty" is supposed to be 10 years, but the mattress lasts less than 2 years. The company was very rude to us on the phone. It is overpriced for what it is and does not last.
