This has been a fantastic mattress, we shopped around before deciding to purchase from Halstead. They were very knowledgeable about this mattress and other mattresses that we may have been interested in. We decided to go firmer on my side of the bed and ended up exchanging the insert on my side for softer with no problems, my spouse was happy with the firmness on their side so no after purchase changed needed there.
