Not worth the Money

I feel like I was scammed. I paid $6K for this mattress and it is one of the worse beds we have ever owned. Of course, it was ok for the first couple of years. Other than the pump dying and needing replacement it was ok for the first couple of years. The quality of the pump unit is very poor we are unit #3. I am an electronic engineer so I have some idea of what I am talking about. The pump is loud as it kicks on and off at night. The bed leaks air so it wants to kick on and off all night. We end up unplugging the bed most nights. The mattress has a definite indent in it where I sleep. The adjustable frame is also garbage and one corner slants towards the outer edge of the bed. Just overall a big piece of garbage especially for the money. Lasted the un-prorated warranty period and then went downhill fast. I am going to file a claim with the BBB.
