Disappointed in Happy Valley

Looked for a mattress with no off-gassing due to allergies. There is 120 lbs difference between myself & my husband. We wanted support as well. This mattress has no off-gassing and my headaches have diminished but the support is very disappointing. I have to hug the edge while sleeping to avoid rolling into my husband. I was initially told the mattress was 11 inches thick. When I reported that it was not that thick (actually less than 10 inches) I was told that the stitching & covering made it less thick. What? Really? Is it 11inches or not? I received no formal written product info even when I asked for it and the 15 year warranty was hand written across the receipt. As an after thought & after delivery I was told to buy a water proof mattress cover because water would damage the mattress. That should have been included with the sales pitch! After the sale the salesperson was very disinterested in my concerns and questions. We have slept on this mattress 4 weeks and it's already sagging in the middle. Today I e-mailed the company directly about the product and my complaint. I received a prompt return phone call but "Bob" had another call and asked if he could call back. That was hours ago and no call back. I wish I has read the one review revealing a similar problem with the quality of the product and the poor customer service before we purchased it. The furniture store got their $1,749.99 so apparently there is no obligation to bother any further with me. So sad to be ripped off.
