You should pass on this entire company

I recently made the switch from my Tuft and Needle mattress, hoping for a softer, cooler sleep experience. Unfortunately, this mattress fell short of my expectations. Firmness: Contrary to the advertisements, this mattress is considerably firmer. It's noticeably more rigid than my previous Tuft and Needle, which was a letdown. Temperature: One of the selling points was that this mattress sleeps cool. Regrettably, my experience has been quite the opposite. Even with proper bedding, it sleeps warm, negating the 'cool sleep' promise. Value: The cost of this mattress is substantially higher than my Tuft and Needle. What makes it more disappointing is that despite paying a premium, the comfort level is inferior. Bundled Split King & Bed Frame: For those considering the bundled split king with the adjustable bed frame, be forewarned: the bed frame is NOT returnable. This was a surprising revelation and certainly something to be cautious of. Warranty: Their claim of an 'easy warranty' is far from the reality. The process is more cumbersome than the website leads you to believe.
