Terrible Mattress DO NOT BUY

Bought this mattress YEARS ago and our top layer started giving us issues 4 years after we bought it. It is now six years post purchase and we have been suffering for years with these dips! The top layer in ours was the softest. We thought this would be a good investment since they state they have a 30 year warranty. They will make you jump through impossible hoops to get it. For starters they want you to show the platform you have under your mattress. I physically (bad back) cannot move the mattress off (we went with the 4 layer option) so that is impossible for me to do however i guess i could hire someone to help lift it , then they wanted me to remove the entire top layer off and then measure the dip. This means you would have to have enough space to lay out the top later completely out. I have a king size bed. How in this world can i make this work if i dont have the room for that? But if you can’t meet the “warranty requirements” (which are NOT listed currently anywhere on their website) they will offer you a discount to buy a new layer. Sounds a little scammy, right? This company does not HONOR their warranty and while initially raved about this mattress to everyone i could i will be telling everyone to stay far far away from this company. Foam Scam Foam! I would like to note that the warranty requirements have changed since i bought it and the owner who has zero professionalism skills will not honor the original warranty. Please do not make the same mistake we made. We keep buying topper to help but this is the year I will be trashing this junk of a mattress.
