Horrible mattress, even worse customer service

The first thing I noticed about this mattress was that it didn’t fell anything like the store model. Then, around three months, I started experiencing back pain and realized the mattress was sagging. Then I noticed a big bulge on the side, and felt as if I was falling from the bed when sitting on the side of the mattress. I contacted EA and was told they’d have to inspect the mattress. I heard nothing further for a month and started looking online for the warranty (which I wasn’t given at time of purchase or delivery), and discovered both the mattress AND the foundation are supposed to be rotated after three months, and the every six months thereafter! That’s ridiculous! I contacted EA again and told them that failure to disclose that invalidated the purchase and I wanted my money back. The franchise owner called and said I didn’t really have to do that and set an appointment to inspect the mattress. The inspector could readily see the problems and told me his EA mattress was also sagging! I went another month without hearing anything and contacted them again. This time the owner told me Kingsdown said the sagging was normal! He said they hadn’t made a determination about the side issue but thought it might be my fault! Then he said he had no control over them and was trying to help me and hadn’t told them I didn’t turn the mattress and foundation on time because that would void the warranty! The clincher is I turned both mattress and foundation once I found out. But this side started sagging after two months. Overall, the mattress is really uncomfortable and I have to constantly move around and sleep in different positions/places to alleviate pain. It is not only the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever had, my others held up well past the ten-year period.
