I bought an Ergo Motion adjustable bed frame from Mattress Warehouse and the metal part of the frame literally broke in half within 6 months. It's supposed to be covered by a 2 year warranty. Dealing with ErgoMotion's customer service has been a nightmare. They give excuses and say they will contact you the next day after their "bed specialist" looks over your complaint and they never get back to you. After several calls and a lot of frustration, I have called Mattress Warehouse to let them know the poor quality of the product and how bad ErgoMotion's customer service is. My next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am seeing all kinds of bad reviews and complaints online with similar experiences to mine. I wish I would have seen those before I purchased the adjustable base. Stay away from this company!
