Unprofessionalism

The owner of Electropedic in Burbank, CA is totally unprofessional. A family member of mine spoke with him on the phone and after a couple of conversations said, "Do you think a business wants to sell to you?" I jumped in and asked him if he thought was professional. He began by saying the company has been around for 57 years. He then asked me what professionalism is. How can an owner of any company not know the definition of professionalism? Also, he was talking to others in the business while talking to a customer. He also focused on number of returns and making profit. The owner basically attacked my family member's character and tried to attack reputation as well which is slander. So, I will not be purchasing any items from this company, and I encourage others to vote with their dollar and not keep an owner in business who focuses solely on profit and returns. Meet him once, and he is nice. Ask him multiple questions, and he will become upset because he is not making a sell. Don't take to heart what the owner says at face value. His name starts with an L.
