No support sinkhole cheap springs

January 2021 Horrible I felt bullied nobody will respond to my calls or my emails other than telling me that without the original box they won't take a return and I have to keep it in my home for 30 days otherwise they're going to charge me $99 but they're saying they're not going to take my return because I need the original box the mattress was compressed and rolled up there is no value in the original box besides it was all ripped when I got it I guess I should have taken a picture of the box too. The bottom line is I wanted the mattress to work and I slept on it two nights it's the sinkhole my hips were popping my lower back was hurting it dipped it's weak the coils don't feel like individually wrapped coils it feels like a connected spring it's extremely springy and cheap feeling other than the 3 in of latex that's on the top of it it's a piece of crap it's a total junk I'll probably have to fight it out with my credit card company because they are trying to bully me and I will be reporting my reviews due to their harassing behavior taking my thousand dollars and leaving me in a sinkhole. Total s*** crap don't go there. Furthermore there was no rating on the mattress saying if it was a medium or a firm or whatever there was no rating on the law tag saying what level of firmness that it was like I told a girl on the phone they could have mixed them up but they refused to respond no response just bullying and keeping my money don't appreciate it and I will have to announce this to the public regularly until they respond and give me my money back and get this piece of crap out of my house.
