Any mattress that sags in the middle when laying is not comfortable. It does not have a 1.5 inch dip in the mattress, so it was not replaced.

This mattress has a 20 year warranty. After 7 years we had the mattress police look at it. It has to have a body formation in the mattress of a 1.5 inch dip- the industry standard. This is not the problem. The problem is it sags in the middle when we are in bed. We roll to the middle. Ugh? Two years of chiropractor service for me. Time to move on to a different store , and a different mattress and box spring.
same here exactly. hate this bed more than anything I sweat in it , and it sags and my back hurts every morning.
