We have 4 other Diamond mattresses that we have been very pleased with so it was only natural that we went looking specifically for a Diamond mattress. After the third night it began to sag. We went back to the store where we bought it and they contacted Diamond for us. An adjuster came out and found that it had a 7/8 sag. Within the range of warranty. But when I sleep on it I feel like I am sleeping in the gutter at the side of the road. I contacted them again and they offered to take it and they would inspect it at the factory. It came back one week later and it felt like they had crammed some extra padding in it. Now it was just a gutter with extra padding. I contacted them again and this time they replaced it with a new mattress. Six months later I may as well be sleeping in the Grand Canyon. Yes I am over weight 6 feet tall and 200 pounds but my wife is 5 foot 7 and 100 pounds and it was doing the same thing on her side. 3 strikes you are out. I have replaced it completely after 9 months of the worst mattress money can buy. I have read the other posts and perhaps they were lucky. I have never ever posted a negative review before but I couldn't let this go by. Do yourself a favor and buy anything but Diamond. If I could give it less than one star I would.

Purchased this same bed and as the review before mine. I experienced the same problem with the bed. You are sleeping in a 10 inch gully and have to fight your way out of the bed in the morning. Absolutely no support. This bed started to break down after 3 months. After nine months of this we purchased a name brand Sterns and Foster and spent more money and it was worth it. I didn't go to the manufacturer simply because these warranties mean nothing. As the last reviewer stated at best he got a new mattress with the same problem I will never buy a Diamond mattress again.
Same thing here...We bought our mattress in Oct 2014...In the last 6 months I have been turning it around trying to get out of the "ditch"(That's what it looks like!). Called them, and they sent an nice guy to do inspected. He got 1 1/2 inch sag on my side and an 1 inch on my wife's. Needless to say, they refuse to do anything about it, saying that is "normal use"... I've had mattress from different manufacturers, and i NEVER had problems like this. Company needs to honor its products, this is unacceptable... I am buying another mattress this week, and this one goes to the GARBAGE!!! .
