For the first 3 years we loved this bed. It was supportive but soft and very comfortable. But the bed has developed deep impressions of our bodies. We are not over weight and have turned the mattress around. I wake up now in the 4th year with backache every morning. I will be looking into a new mattress soon. We are very disappointed an feel like we were ripped off!
