Initially "Too Soft" then way "Too Hard"!!

Purchased the Ethos "Latex" mattress 6 months ago. At first it seemed comfortable (although we did miss the buoyant feeling you get from an innerspring mattress). After 2 months of rotating the mattress we could no longer sleep comfortably on it. I wake up every morning with excruciating lower back pain & sensitive pressure point areas when I slept on my side. The Diamond Mattress Company website says the mattress is 100% Talalay latex with "Eco Flex" plant based comfort layers & an Organic Cotton outer mattress covering. Well this past weekend when rotating the mattress again I happened to look at the mattress tag & it reads: 80% polyurethane foam, 6% rayon & 14% latex!!?? When I contact the company I get the complete run around about how the content of the materials are proprietary & someone will get back to me. I believe that this is a case of blatant fraud. This "latex" mattress was very expensive to buy & we are not rich so it has been a major impact on our finances. We believed that we were buying & receiving a superior product that would bring us many years of sleep comfort. We are extremely disappointed with the mattress & with Diamond Mattress Company!!!
