Mattress All Squished up with threads hanging

I just got the mattress but was disappointed with its delivery condition. However they had it in the truck, it was squished and not flat. The delivery people told me it would take a hour or two for it completely resume its shape and fluff up. That appears to be the case. I was unhappy that they did not let me inspect the mattress when they unwrapped it. The lead guy was in such a hurry to set it up and leave. The mattress trim was not completed evenly on one side and there were threads hanging. The rest of the mattress stitching looks okay.
